ESCO Sports International Inc., a non-profit organization, provides opportunity for athletes to play sports at a high level internationally. It is our goal to build student-athletes through competition, experience and travel. We aim to instill integrity, humility, and ambition in our athletes. Together, we promise to travel the world, and inspire dreams while doing so.

International Safety
Our group leaders and team at ESCO Sports International emphasize the importance of safety while traveling internationally. We make it a priority to maintain the comfort and security of every single one of our travelers. With over ten years of international travel experience, Coach Michael Escobedo serves as one of our group leaders. Coach Katherine Escobedo is another group leader who has been traveling the globe since she was a teen and has been to countries such as Canada, Mexico, Ireland, Belgium, Japan, China, Germany, Hungary and Thailand to name a few. The teams and groups that we lead overseas are always chaperoned by our group leaders and other adults who keep continued supervision over each and every one of our travelers. The rules and systems that we use while traveling keep our group accounted for and organized. Our group leaders paired with traveling expertise, experience and systems guarantee our customer's safety is protected second-to-none.

USA BASKETBALL TRAINING FOR INTERNATIONAL & AMERICAN PLAYERS
Train & Stay With Us in Beautiful Northern California!
Coach Michael Escobedo, a college basketball coach and international trainer, specializes in player development. International players as well as American players have the opportunity to stay in California with ESCO Sports and perfect their craft while seeing world-renowned cities and sites like San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge, the Oracle Arena where the Golden State Warriors play, Sacramento and the California State Capital. AAU BASKETBALL PROGRAM FOR INTERNATIONAL AND AMERICAN PLAYERS
Compete in organized games and tournaments with our one-of-a-kind AAU program in the United States!
ESCO Sports International AAU boasts a mixture of American and Foreign high school and college basketball players. This program offers organized practice and training as well as the opportunity to play against other American AAU Basketball programs. Our team is always looking to add international players to our roster as well as local players and other players from out of the area. This program is offered from April- August each year. We specialize in basketball & volleyball training of all sorts. From one on one training to camps of 100 players, we can accommodate any and all situations. Our team has directed camps all over the globe. From the USA, Hungary, China, Africa, Ireland, Japan, and Belgium we have done it all. ABOUT US
Michael Escobedo has been traveling the world since he was 16. His first international trip was to South Africa with the 1 Dream Foundation in 2008. With 1 Dream, Michael and the Athletes 2 Africa group played against African basketball teams and toured the region. He has played basketball, led camps and participated in tournaments in Hungary, Taiwan, Bahamas, China, Hong Kong, Africa, and the USA. The past two summers he has helped 1 Dream run coache's clinics and youth camps in Shenzhen, China with NBA players Patrick Beverly and 6-time NBA Champion, Horace Grant.
Michael is from Grover Beach, California in San Luis Obispo County and graduated from Multnomah University with degrees in Business Administration and Bible. He serves as ESCO Sports International CEO. He is also the Head Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Mendocino Collge in Northern California.

Katherine Escobedo, Michael's wife, has also been traveling the world since a young age. She played basketball on scholarship at Multnomah University where she earned her degree in Business. She is still a top all-time leading scorer in Lake County HS Basketball history. She is now the Head Women's Volleyball Coach at Mendocino College as well as ESCO Sports International Inc. Co-Director. Katherine helped MU Women's Basketball team conduct youth sports camps in Northern Ireland, Japan, and Belgium.
The Escobedos lived in Foshan, Guangdong, China for 8 months where they both coached youth basketball at WSE Basketball Academy. Coach Mike and Coach Kat are both very passionate about helping kids, traveling and sports.

Many kids have the dream of seeing the world and playing sports internationally. Unfortunately, some of those kids' families just cant afford it. By sponsoring an athlete, you will help that dream come true for a special recipient. Your special help will qualify as a Gold Sponsorship. You will receive a ESCO Sports Sweatshirt, Backpack and thank you letter from your athlete. $1,500 will get this athlete started.
SPONSOR AN ATHLETE- BRONZE
Send an athlete overseas, who otherwise wouldn't be able to !
The bronze sponsorship will pay for an athletes international trip completely! This sponsor donates $3,500 and allows an underprivileged athlete to see the world without the worry of funding the trip. You can choose the athlete personally, or you can leave it up to us! This special sponsor will receive an ESCO Sports sweatshirt, T-shirt, backpack, and gift from the country visited!
